🔴 In this video, a Yanomami health agent from Mavaca is denouncing the health crisis which is ravaging their communities.

This Indigenous nurse tells how Yanomami adults and children are dying from treatable diseases. No doctors or medicines have been sent to them - in fact, maybe communities haven't received any medical attention for years.

❗The Venezuelan government is not tackling this epidemic, which it's fully aware of and which was totally preventable.

📍Approximately 15,000 Yanomami people live in 300 communities in Venezuela - and some of them are uncontacted, so they're particularly vulnerable to diseases brought in from outsiders.
